Enjoy a panoramic view of the city from Tokyo Tower before participating in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony at Happo-en Japanese gardens. Savor lunch at the beautiful former manor, the Chinzanso restaurant, then take a stroll along the moat surrounding the Imperial Palace Plaza. Board a cruise at Hinode Pier for a 40-minute trip up the Sumida River to Asakusa. Browse the many colorful stores lining the Nakamise walkway leading up to Sensoji Temple, Tokyo's oldest and most famous Buddhist temple, before passing through Ginza, Japan's world-renowned shopping and entertainment district.

Itinerary
09:00 Leave Hamamatsucho Bus Terminal and visit the following places by bus.
Tokyo Tower
Enjoy a panoramic view of Tokyo from the observatory. (40 min.)
Japanese Garden and Tea Ceremony
Participate in a traditional tea ceremony at the Happoen Japanese Garden. (35 min.)
Lunch
Have a barbecue lunch at Chinzanso Restaurant.
Imperial Palace Plaza and Nijubashi Bridge
Stop for photos at the plaza in front of the Imperial Palace. (30 min.)
Sumida River Cruise
Enjoy a 40 minute boat ride on the Sumidagawa Line from Hinode Pier on Tokyo Bay to Asakusa. This river was instrumental in the development of Tokyo.
Asakusa Kannon Temple and Nakamise-dori
Sensoji is the oldest and most popular Buddhist temple in Tokyo. The promenade leading to the temple, called Nakamise-dori, is lined on both sides by many small food and souvenir shops. (40 min.)
Ginza Shopping District
Drive through this world-famous shopping district.

The tour will end at Tokyo Station's Marunouchi South Exit.

- Pick ups are available from selected Tokyo hotels.
- Happoen Garden will be closed from 16 July 2013 until 23 August 2013. There will be no tea ceremony during this period.
- When Happoen Garden is closed, we will visit Meiji Jingu Shrine instead.
- Due to overcrowding, the Sumida River Cruise will be changed to cherry blossom viewing in Sumida Park during the cherry blossom season in the spring.
- Children 5 years old and below are free of charge, provided they sit on an adult's lap. If they need a seat, they will be charged.
