The only restaurant in altitude, the Belvedere offers the choice for your evening between a "sunset dinner" or a "moonlight dinner." Comfortably seated at the bar or at your table, you will enjoy breathtaking views of Papeete, the harbor, the ocean and Moorea in the distance.

The SPECIAL MENU includes green salad, French fried potatoes, wine, coffee, dessert and one of the following main courses:

FONDUE BOURGUIGONNE - MEAT FONDUE - Pieces of Prime Beef served with 6 originals and tasting sauces.
MAHI MAHI - A local fish which is the favorite one of the Polynesian, served grilled with melted butter.
PEPPER STEAK - Prime Beef simmered in a sauce of white wine, cognac and fresh cream.
STEAK MARCHAND DE VIN - The finest New Zealand beef prepared as you like.
SHISKEBAB - Beef grilled and served on skewers.
ROASTER COOKED WITH WINE - Chicken in red wine sauce.
